Stonehill questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Stonehill, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Stonehill?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Stonehill orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in Surrey?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Surrey, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
