Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Summerhouse orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Summerhouse address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.

No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Summerhouse orders go by tracked courier to DL2.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Summerhouse
Products you sell from Summerhouse must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
