Questions from Temple brands
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do I need to be based in Temple to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Temple deliveries go by tracked courier to BA12.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Temple?
Temple is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long does delivery to Temple take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Temple orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
