Common questions in The Willows
When will my labels arrive in The Willows?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of The Willows orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Who enforces food labelling in Hertfordshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Hertfordshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your The Willows address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
