Common questions in Tickencote
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Tickencote?
Tickencote is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Tickencote address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
When will my labels arrive in Tickencote?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Tickencote orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
