Questions from Tidworth brands
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do I need to be based in Tidworth to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Tidworth orders go by tracked courier to SP9.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Tidworth?
Tidworth is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
