Titsey questions
Who checks supplement labels in Surrey?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Surrey, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Titsey address, showing our materials and finishes.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
When will my labels arrive in Titsey?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Titsey orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
