Town End questions
Do I need to be based in Town End to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Town End orders go out by tracked courier to PL31.
When will my labels arrive in Town End?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Town End orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Who enforces food labelling in Cornwall?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
