Questions from Uffington brands
Do I need to be based in Uffington to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Uffington orders go out by tracked delivery to PE9.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Lincolnshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lincolnshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
When will my labels arrive in Uffington?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Uffington orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
