Common questions in Upper Godney
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Upper Godney address, showing our materials and finishes.
How long does delivery to Upper Godney take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Upper Godney orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Somerset?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Somerset, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
