FAQs for Wellhouse
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Wellhouse address, showing our materials and finishes.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Who enforces food labelling in West Berkshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for West Berkshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long does delivery to Wellhouse take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Wellhouse orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
