Common questions in Welney
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Welney, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Welney?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Welney orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Welney?
Welney is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Norfolk?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Norfolk, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
