FAQs for Whimble
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Whimble, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
When will my labels arrive in Whimble?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Whimble orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Whimble to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Whimble orders go out by tracked courier to EX22.
