FAQs for Willaston
When will my labels arrive in Willaston?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Willaston orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Willaston, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do I need to be based in Willaston to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Willaston deliveries go by tracked delivery to CW5.
