Common questions in Williamscot
How long does delivery to Williamscot take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Williamscot orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in Williamscot to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Williamscot deliveries go by tracked courier to OX17.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Williamscot, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
