FAQs for Willington
Do I need to be based in Willington to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Willington deliveries go out by tracked courier to DE65.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Willington, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Willington?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Willington orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
