Questions from Wilton brands
When will my labels arrive in Wilton?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Wilton orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in North Yorkshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for North Yorkshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Do I need to be based in Wilton to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Wilton orders go by tracked delivery to YO18.
