Common questions in Windermere
Do I need to be based in Windermere to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Windermere deliveries go by tracked courier to LA23.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Windermere?
Windermere is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Windermere, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
