Winterbourne questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Kent?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Kent, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Winterbourne address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long does delivery to Winterbourne take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Winterbourne orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Winterbourne businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Winterbourne deliveries go by tracked courier to ME13.
