Any food supplement sold from Withnoe must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Cornwall, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.

Questions from Withnoe brands
Do you only work with Withnoe businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Withnoe orders go by tracked delivery to PL15.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Withnoe, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
When will my labels arrive in Withnoe?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Withnoe orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
