FAQs for Zeals
When will my labels arrive in Zeals?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Zeals orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you only work with Zeals businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Zeals orders go out by tracked courier to BA12.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Zeals
Products you sell from Zeals must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Wiltshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wiltshire.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
