Common questions in Aughton
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Aughton, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Aughton?
Aughton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Aughton to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Aughton orders go out by tracked delivery to SN8.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
