Common questions in Ayot Green
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Ayot Green address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
When will my labels arrive in Ayot Green?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Ayot Green orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do I need to be based in Ayot Green to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ayot Green deliveries go out by tracked courier to AL6.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Ayot Green?
Ayot Green is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
