Common questions in Bickley Town
When will my labels arrive in Bickley Town?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Bickley Town orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do you only work with Bickley Town businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Bickley Town orders go by tracked delivery to SY14.
