Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Biggin Hill orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you only work with Biggin Hill businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Biggin Hill orders go out by tracked delivery to TN16.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Biggin Hill?
Biggin Hill is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Biggin Hill
Supplements sold from Biggin Hill must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Greater London.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
