Any food supplement sold from Bilston must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by Food Standards Scotland. In Midlothian, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.

Common questions in Bilston
How long does delivery to Bilston take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Bilston orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Bilston address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you only work with Bilston businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Bilston deliveries go out by tracked courier to EH25.
