Loanhead questions
How long does delivery to Loanhead take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Loanhead orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Loanhead?
Loanhead is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Who enforces food labelling in Midlothian?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Midlothian, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
