Questions from Birch brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Birch, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Birch?
Birch is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
When will my labels arrive in Birch?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Birch orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
