FAQs for Bowlee
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Bowlee address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long does delivery to Bowlee take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Bowlee orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bowlee?
Bowlee is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
