Common questions in Birstall
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Birstall?
Birstall is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long does delivery to Birstall take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Birstall orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do I need to be based in Birstall to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Birstall orders go by tracked delivery to LE4.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
