Bontnewydd questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bontnewydd?
Bontnewydd is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Bontnewydd to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Bontnewydd deliveries go by tracked delivery to LL55.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
When will my labels arrive in Bontnewydd?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Bontnewydd orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
