Questions from Boverton brands
Do I need to be based in Boverton to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Boverton orders go out by tracked courier to CF61.
When will my labels arrive in Boverton?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Boverton orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Boverton, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Rules in Wales
Label rules that apply in Boverton
Supplements sold from Boverton must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency in Wales. In the Vale of Glamorgan, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for the Vale of Glamorgan.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
