Questions from Broad Oak brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Broad Oak to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Broad Oak orders go out by tracked delivery to TN31.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
When will my labels arrive in Broad Oak?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Broad Oak orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
