Cadeleigh questions
When will my labels arrive in Cadeleigh?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Cadeleigh orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Cadeleigh address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Cadeleigh businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Cadeleigh orders go out by tracked courier to EX16.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Cadeleigh?
Cadeleigh is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
