Questions from Carrington brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Carrington address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Lincolnshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lincolnshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do I need to be based in Carrington to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Carrington orders go by tracked delivery to PE22.
How long does delivery to Carrington take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Carrington orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
