Common questions in Moorhouses
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
How long does delivery to Moorhouses take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Moorhouses orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Moorhouses, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Moorhouses?
Moorhouses is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
