Common questions in Castle Town
How long does delivery to Castle Town take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Castle Town orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Castle Town?
Castle Town is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
