Chiltington questions
When will my labels arrive in Chiltington?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Chiltington orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Chiltington address, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in East Sussex?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for East Sussex, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
