FAQs for Cottered
Do I need to be based in Cottered to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Cottered orders go out by tracked delivery to SG9.
Who enforces food labelling in Hertfordshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Hertfordshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
How long does delivery to Cottered take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Cottered orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
