Questions from Dalscote brands
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Dalscote address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
When will my labels arrive in Dalscote?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Dalscote orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
