Devonside questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Devonside address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
When will my labels arrive in Devonside?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Devonside orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in Devonside to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Devonside orders go by tracked delivery to FK13.
