Common questions in Draycott
Do you only work with Draycott businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Draycott deliveries go by tracked courier to BS27.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Draycott?
Draycott is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Draycott, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
