Questions from Drumoak brands
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in Drumoak to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Drumoak deliveries go out by tracked courier to AB31.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Drumoak, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.

Rules in Scotland
Labelling law for supplements from Drumoak
Products you sell from Drumoak must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by Food Standards Scotland. In Aberdeenshire, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Aberdeenshire.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
