Falstone questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you only work with Falstone businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Falstone deliveries go out by tracked delivery to NE48.
How long does delivery to Falstone take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Falstone orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Falstone
Any food supplement sold from Falstone must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Northumberland, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northumberland.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
