Firsdown questions
Do I need to be based in Firsdown to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Firsdown orders go out by tracked delivery to SP5.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Firsdown address, showing our materials and finishes.
Who enforces food labelling in Wiltshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wiltshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long does delivery to Firsdown take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Firsdown orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
