FAQs for Fraddam
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Fraddam, showing our materials and finishes.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you only work with Fraddam businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Fraddam deliveries go by tracked delivery to TR27.
When will my labels arrive in Fraddam?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Fraddam orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
