Common questions in Haisthorpe
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Haisthorpe, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in East Riding of Yorkshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for East Riding of Yorkshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long does delivery to Haisthorpe take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Haisthorpe orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
