Questions from Hayes Gate brands
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Who enforces food labelling in Monmouthshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Monmouthshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency in Wales. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you only work with Hayes Gate businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Hayes Gate deliveries go out by tracked delivery to NP16.
How long does delivery to Hayes Gate take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Hayes Gate orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
