Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Horseheath
Supplements sold from Horseheath must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Cambridgeshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Horseheath questions
How long does delivery to Horseheath take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Horseheath orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do I need to be based in Horseheath to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Horseheath orders go out by tracked delivery to CB21.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Horseheath address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
