No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Horsington orders go by tracked delivery to LN10.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Horsington address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long does delivery to Horsington take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Horsington orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Horsington?
Horsington is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
